Cato Networks in Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced Site Facilities Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-floor office. This hands-on role requires strong technical facilities knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities end-to-end.
You will lead incident resolution, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, reliability, and employee experience, with regular onsite presence and after-hours responsiveness as needed.
Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named "SASE" by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader - don't miss it!
We are looking for an experienced, highly accountable Site Facilities Operations Specialist to take end-to-end responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our large, complex, and fast-paced Tel Aviv office.
This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong technical facilities knowledge, excellent judgment, structured execution, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities. It is not a coordination-only position. The person in this role is expected to take full ownership, anticipate operational risks, make sound decisions under pressure, hold vendors accountable, and remain responsible until every issue is fully resolved.
The successful candidate will bring operational discipline, urgency, persistence, and strong business judgment, while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, service, and employee experience.
This is a full-time, onsite role, requiring regular presence in the office from Sunday through Thursday.
Due to the operational nature of the position, occasional responsiveness and onsite attendance outside standard working hours may be required for urgent incidents, planned maintenance activities, vendor work, or facilities projects.
