Qualifications

• Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate events, service visits and building inspections.
• Escort contractors and manage maintenance work orders.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and create access badges.
• Travel locally between sites to assist with facilities projects and moves.
• Support mailroom operations and snow removal as needed.
