Job summary

Pixartprinting, a member of the Vistaprint family, is opening a new Warrendale facility in Pittsburgh PA. We are seeking a Facility Assistant to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the workspace and activities using best practices to manage resources and processes.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, coordinating moves, overseeing contracts and service providers, and managing budgeting for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee projects for new building completions
• Develop and implement facility management including preventive maintenance
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory obligations
• Coordinate intra-office moves and manage space efficiently
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Oversee refurbishments and renovations
• Manage central services (reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste, parking)
• Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance
• Plan and monitor staffing levels and budgets for facilities
• Ensure energy efficiency and facility security
• Respond to alarms and system failures
