Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a highly analytical Facilities Operations Specialist to join our North America Product Development team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will partner with engineering leaders to optimize facility usage and align operations with strategic engineering goals.

You will drive variance analysis, develop business cases for investments, and deliver KPI dashboards for executive reviews, enabling data-driven decisions across engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations Support: Partner with engineering leadership to develop and refine operational processes supporting organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Space & Facility Planning: Support facility layouts, space allocations, and physical operational needs across engineering environments.
• Variance Analysis & Optimization: Identify, track, and analyze operational variances, recommending data-driven corrective actions to hit efficiency targets.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses to evaluate and support broad engineering initiatives and strategic projects.
• Business Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to build compelling business cases for proposed investments in engineering tools, training, and resources.
• Reporting & Executive Dashboards: Develop reports and presentations to communicate KPIs, operational risks, and growth opportunities to leadership.
• Operational Reviews: Prepare comprehensive materials and data packs for operational reviews, business reviews, and executive updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement standardized process enhancements across tracking, reporting, and general operations management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Specialist to join our Product Development Team. Embedded directly within the operations group, you will partner with engineering function leaders to support facility activities aligned with North America Engineering initiatives. In this role, you will bridge operational goals and engineering execution by ensuring performance accountability, optimizing spaces, and driving process efficiency across teams.
