Job summary

BendPak Inc. in Santa Paula, CA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and safety, coordinating work orders, inspections, and vendor relationships to keep buildings functional and compliant.

This non-managerial role requires initiative, strong organization, and the ability to travel to BendPak's Agoura Hills headquarters weekly to support operations; additional travel may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least four years of facilities operations, building maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience with building systems, preventive maintenance, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility activities, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and approved improvement projects.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, loading docks).
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facility-related equipment and vehicles.
• Track equipment condition, service schedules, and maintenance history; document deficiencies.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor schedules, RFQs, bids, and documentation.
• Assist with safety inspections, EHS coordination, and incident follow-up.
