Job summary

Qualifications

• Assisting with the processing of procurement documents and vendor records to verify compliance.
• Serving as a receiving official documenting the delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities

• Classify emergency service orders (SO) and Individual Job Orders (IJOs) using FEMS to prevent critical system failures and ensure rapid technical response.
• Execute the full life cycle of MIPR acceptances to support utilities, contracted services, and construction projects.
• Document the receipt of materials and services to verify compliance with shop operations and meet payment obligations.
• Create reports from operational data to provide leadership with insights on facility upkeep and fund utilization.
