Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive facilities management or building operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership supervising maintenance or skilled trades personnel, preferably in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop union and non‑union Skilled Trades staff through hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
• Manage work order systems, prioritize requests, track progress, and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure operational readiness of facilities, infrastructure, and building systems to support programming and events.
• Administer budgets, labor, materials, and contracted services for fiscal responsibility.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensure OSHA/MIOSHA/NFPA compliance, and promote a culture of safety.
