Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead the Plant Operations department at the Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes, IN. You will oversee grounds, buildings, and equipment, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating programs, directing staff, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for residents and team members. Prior HVAC and transportation compliance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence is required.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• Compliance with all state transportation regulations to ensure resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of residents.
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals in the Plant Operations department. Trains all employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds; ensures grounds and facilities are maintained.
