Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance for its Willard, OH health campus. You will oversee Plant Operations, ensure safe building practices, and coordinate routine upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance to support resident well-being.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal/state/local standards, MSDS management, and staff training, with a focus on safe, reliable facilities operations in a long-term care setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver's license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• Compliance with all state transportation regulations to ensure resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of residents.
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs; checks equipment and ensures availability and operation.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals; trains employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building and grounds; maintains grounds, landscaping, and parking areas.
