Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the health campus Plant Operations, ensuring safe building performance and compliant maintenance. The role directs programs, staff, and daily rounds to address facilities needs and resident safety.

Located at The Willows at Willard in Willard, OH, the manager ensures MSDS compliance, handles repairs, and maintains facilities to support residents and staff in a caring, stable environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• Compliance with all state transportation regulations to ensure resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation services.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of residents.
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDS for hazardous chemicals; trains employees.
• Performs repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds; maintains grounds, landscaping, and parking areas.
