Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or real estate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of facilities, workplace operations, or property management experience.
• Experience coordinating outsourced vendors in high-volume corporate environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a large, complex office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work orders via CMMS, analyze ticket trends and SLA adherence.
• Provide analytics for space moves, conference room reservations, MAC activity.
• Evaluate café, food, fitness center activity and financial performance.
• Validate contractor scope, COIs, rates, and performance scorecards.
• Support bids and update SOWs and SLAs.
• Track OPEX/CAPEX, validate invoices, process accruals.
• Build dashboards for SLA, ticket volumes, spend, energy, space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, life safety and building codes.
• Assist with BCP/DR plans for facilities and vendor readiness.
• Vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder updates.
