Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities management, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• CHFM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, HVAC techs to ensure 24/7 operation.
• Oversee budgeting for labor, materials, contractors, and other expenses.
• Review and approve invoices from outside vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NFPA, OSHA, etc.
• Coordinate with AHJs and regulatory inspectors for compliance.
