Ideal candidates will have solid experience in facilities operations, management skills, and a commitment to creating a clean and inspiring environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in managing facilities operations and maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of building operation and fire safety codes.
• Must obtain required certifications within specific timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the YMCA’s mechanical and life safety systems.
• Manage the annual branch property management budget with Executive Director.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
