Responsibilities

• Prepares repair and maintenance proposals and facility upgrade recommendations for budget review and approval.
• Analyzes and diagnoses building system problems and develops repair plans for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and initiates orders for contracts for generators, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Assists COR on contracts involving federal real property; oversees work and ensures compliance with standards.
• Plans, directs and oversees general maintenance and cleaning of federal buildings and supervises staff to meet janitorial needs.
