ACCESS is seeking a Campus Facilities Specialist in Medford, OR to maintain safe, clean, and functional office buildings and rental properties. You will perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance, custodial tasks, groundskeeping, and supply management, collaborating with Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities include responding to urgent facility issues, keeping common areas free of debris, and ensuring accurate inventory, SDS compliance, and timely setup for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance, construction, or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid Oregon driver's license; driving record acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance work orders, preventive and emergency, within set timeframes.
• Keep facilities and grounds clean and presentable; manage supplies and inventory.
• Assist with furniture moves, event setup, and vendor coordination.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Management and other teams for rental properties tasks.
