Manage multiple broad-scope projects and work independently on significant, unique issues requiring advanced decision-making and problem-solving. Coordinate activities and communication between engineers and technicians; facilitate cross-functional collaboration as needed. Confer with other supervisors and managers to align operations and activities. Act with a high degree of initiative to resolve problems and proactively prevent future failures.
