Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Reasoning: problem-solving and practical workplace skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationship with customer by responding to requests and coordinating services.
• Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance.

• Submits repair requests for cleaning equipment to management.
• Manages purchasing of cleaning supplies through the online system.
• Performs duties of supervised workers and operates cleaning equipment.
