Job summary

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; NC driver’s license present.
• Pre-employment screenings including background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with client to minimize disruption to production.
• Act as primary point of contact for schedules, costs, and performance.
• Use Nuvolo CMMS to create and track work orders.
• Plan renovations and modifications of existing facilities.
• Develop and implement facility operations and maintenance processes.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and performance against plans.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with regulations.
• Provide reports and documentation to the client monthly.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Support proposals and budgeting for site-specific work.
