Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee campus facilities, grounds, security and mechanical assets. You will coordinate housekeeping, laundry and transportation services, lead a preventative maintenance program, and manage vendor contracts to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Qualified applicants have a HS diploma or higher, at least four years of maintenance supervision experience, and working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher in a related field.
• 4 years maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques.
• Experience with electrical systems, fire panels and emergency response systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy.
• Manage total operation and maintenance of the campus and supervise building standards.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy.
• May receive after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plan and lead housekeeping/laundry operations in compliance with laws.
• Review monthly financial statements and action plans for deficiencies.
• Process and submit monthly expenses and budgeting data timely.
• Staffing and scheduling according to guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspected; supervise passenger transport.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in transportation operations.
