Job summary

Providence Swedish Ballard is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to provide leadership, vision, training, and a teamwork-focused environment. You will plan work, schedule staff and vendors, supervise work orders, and coordinate system disruptions to keep facilities running smoothly.

This role requires deep knowledge of building envelopes, life safety systems, and preventive maintenance programs, with a track record of leading teams in a health care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or plant operations teams in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of building envelopes, finishes and equipment.
• Familiarity with hospital utility systems and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan work, schedule staff and vendors.
• Supervise work order flow and execution.
• Coordinate system disruptions and track work status.
• Monitor and verify the function of building environmental and life safety systems.
• Ensure safety and infection control procedures and provide in-services/training.
