URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance, oversee a team of technicians, and ensure optimal operation of building systems at our Reno location.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience using a CMMS and coordinating with contractors. Schedule includes an early weekday shift and potential overtime as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of facility maintenance experience with lead supervisory responsibility.
• Trade skills in welding, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, instrumentation, forklifts, building construction, or conveyor systems.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and electrical blueprints.
• Maintain good attendance and willingness to work overtime, including holidays.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and participate in facility maintenance work.
• Develop schedules and allocate resources for maintenance services.
• Help manage maintenance budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and contract services.
• Develop preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs.
• Train staff and ensure safety practices.
• Be available for emergency callbacks and overtime.
