The role emphasizes reliability, a strong mechanical aptitude, and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced team. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of maintenance or related technical experience.
• Exposure to electrical or industrial systems preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and safety procedures.
• Able to follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
• Assist with maintenance of conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
• Support troubleshooting of jams, sensor issues, and simple equipment faults.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Replace basic components (sensors, belts, bearings, pneumatic parts).
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Read basic schematics and documentation.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Support senior technicians on complex repairs and projects.
