North Wind is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the safe, reliable day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Plymouth, MN test facility, including the test-support plant, electrical distribution, and site services. You will own the facility's operating schedule and drive strategies to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/aero engineering, facilities/industrial management, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years in industrial/heavy-facility operations and maintenance, including rotating machinery and high-/medium-voltage systems.
• Proven leadership of engineering and maintenance/reliability programs in a high-availability environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain the test-support plant, including compressors and cooling systems.
• Manage electrical distribution and high-voltage systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Maintain risk register and ensure corrective actions are tracked and closed.
• Lead facilities workforce and manage shift/on-call coverage.
• Report operational status and costs to the Director and stakeholders.
