Job summary

Axon is looking for an East Coast Facilities Manager to lead operational excellence across multiple locations in the East Coast. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality facilities for employees, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a customer-first mindset, working alongside various stakeholders.

This position requires experience managing vendors and addressing challenges proactively. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with a collaborative approach to maintain the highest standards of facility operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities across the East Coast.
• Ensure facilities deliver a safe and high-quality experience.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and vendor performance.
