• 5+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Oversee building operations, production equipment, safety and compliance, vendors, fleet, and facilities projects.
• Lead a two-person facilities team and serve as primary contact for landlord, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, repairs, utilities, security, access control, and waste management.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Lead safety programs, inspections, and OSHA/compliance efforts; manage budgets, vendors, and documentation.
