Job summary

Axiom Custom Products is seeking a Head of Facilities to own building, equipment and shop operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role requires proactive planning, budgeting, and strong communication with landlords, contractors, and internal teams.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance across CNC routers, lasers, robotics, and coating systems, with responsibility for safety, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or similar manufacturing environment
• Experience overseeing building operations, safety, compliance, vendors, and fleet
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage projects/budgets

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, repairs, utilities, security, access control, waste management and landlord relationship
• Lead and mentor a two-person facilities team, prioritize projects, ensure timely completion
• Manage facility vendors, service contracts, purchases and contractor services
