Bassett Mechanical is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead facility operations, asset management, and maintenance across multiple sites. The role translates strategic goals into actionable plans, overseeing supervision teams and driving cost-effective performance with a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in facilities leadership, proficiency with CMMS, financial acumen, and a passion for Lean/TPM improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5-10 years of facilities, maintenance, or operations leadership.
• Strong financial, technical, and project-management skills.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance programs, and facility systems.
• Knowledge of Lean/TPM and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to support off-hours emergencies and travel as needed.
• Physically able to navigate facility environments, including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders and stairs, accessing roofs, lifting, and performing other physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Facilities and Equipment Operations Supervisors.
• Develop and execute long-term facility and equipment strategies aligned with company growth.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure reliability.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; lead planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead facility expansion, site selection, and real estate evaluations.
• Drive Lean, TPM, SOP standardization, and data-driven improvements.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and capital needs.
