Job summary

ABM is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple buildings, ensuring contract conformance and cost control. You will lead supervisors, maintain service standards, and manage inspections and inventory to support client satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisor and customer-service experience, OSHA awareness, and strong communication. Travel may be required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• 1-2 years of Supervisor experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of janitorial equipment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA required processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft programs.
• Valid State Driver's License for business travel.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans with Project Manager to meet contract provisions.
• Provide customer with information on additional ABM services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve pending complaints/feedback.
• Maintain regular contact with customer to ensure service meets contract requirements.
• Inform Project Manager of status of work and escalate issues as needed.
• Increase billable services and add value with periodic work (TAG).
• Ensure excellent customer service and report accidents promptly.
• Enforce ABM policies through mentoring of field personnel.
