Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Facilities Manager in Everett, WA to lead a team responsible for maintenance, safety and performance of our facilities. You will drive preventive programs, coordinate repairs and manage budgets while ensuring compliant operations.

The role requires 8+ years in facilities management with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical codes and safety regulations. Expect on-site leadership with occasional travel and a Pacific Time availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong background in Commercial/Industrial building systems: HVAC, AC Power Distribution, Fire Detection/Suppression and Automated Building Controls.
• Experience with local, state and federal regulations such as building electrical codes, OSHA, ADA, and environmental issues.
• Experience developing project scope, estimates, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Supervisors, staff and services across Ziply footprint.
• Provide leadership through coaching, feedback, development goals and performance management.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs (Generators, Fuel Tanks, HVAC, etc.).
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facilities related issues.
• Support and track annual backflow testing.
• Oversee BMS system integrity and permits/licenses for batteries/generators/fuel tanks.
• Create work orders, purchase orders and CPPs.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital/expense budgets.
