Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities or property management experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Building Owners Management Institute (BOMI) standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and operation of facilities.
• Lead and administer safety and business continuity program.
• Monitor condition of office and telecommunications equipment.
