Job summary

Three Rivers Community Schools is seeking a Lead, Facilities Support to manage mail, receiving, and intercampus delivery operations, oversee custodial supplies, and coordinate contracted custodial services. The role includes light maintenance tasks and HVAC adjustments to support safe, efficient district buildings.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Prior facilities/maintenance exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Some college coursework, technical training, or trade-related classes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, facilities operations, custodial supply management, or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail, shipping, receiving and intercampus deliveries; coordinate daily task assignments.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and distribution for all facilities.
• Coordinate contracted custodial services and inspect facilities as needed.
• Assist with event scheduling and facility-use coordination; support HVAC controls adjustments.
• Perform light maintenance and operate district vehicles/equipment safely.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely delivery routes and asset management.
• Support safety, communication and professional responsibilities across district facilities.
