Responsibilities

• Support on-site office and lab maintenance and logistics (HVAC, water, vacuum, air filtration, chemical safety monitoring).
• Coordinate internal and vendor relationships; open new projects and maintain vendor communications.
• Organize vendor information and manage CRM records; track commitments and timelines.
• Assist HSE with compliance areas: hazardous waste, OSHA requirements, and emergency preparedness.
