Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow scheduled work routes and report barriers.
• Oversee cleaning operations at the assigned building.
• Maintain keys and access cards for the property.
• Ensure safety and quality of work and coordinate with management.
• Assist with time records and scheduling.
