The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with occasional travel to support multiple Power Territories. Relocation and relocation-ready spaces are possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment at HQ and satellite territories.
• Greet guests and manage interviews at HQ.
• Coordinate vendor meetings and office services.
• Manage security access and HQ ID badges.
• Organize mail, deliveries and office supplies.
• Support events and coordinate travel to other Power territories.
