Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate building upkeep, and manage preventive maintenance programs. You will oversee parts inventory and purchasing while ensuring safe, timely completion of work orders.

The role covers carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazing, painting, grounds maintenance, and masonry, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Minimum two years' relevant experience and a High School diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience with appliance repairs and electrical wiring.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or directing maintenance personnel preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance trades including carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to Maintenance Technicians; prioritize tasks and coordinate activities.
• Create, assign, track, and close maintenance work orders; maintain records and schedules.
