Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the Chief Engineer in operating and maintaining building systems across a multi-building site in Wilmington, Delaware. You will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance while supporting sustainability initiatives and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires supervising engineering staff and contractors, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records and documentation of maintenance activities and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing commercial building operations and maintenance.

• Assist the Chief Engineer with daily operations of building systems and maintenance across a multi-building site.
