Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years verifiable custodial experience, incl. 1 year supervisory experience OR 4 years custodial experience in a school district.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; follow cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist head custodian in coordinating and monitoring custodial staff and services.
• Schedule, implement, and monitor routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect facilities and oversee HVAC-related operations for energy efficiency.
• Perform minor maintenance and safety checks; report major repairs to supervisor.
• Direct custodial tasks during campus events and maintain daily records and procedures.
