Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a salary between $83,558 and $85,000 annually plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Experience managing company fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, DOT compliance, fuel programs, and emergency response services.
• Experience collaborating with resident-led committees and other stakeholder groups to coordinate transportation programs, trip planning, and related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Communications and Transportation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional service delivery.
• Partner with the Director to track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure departments meet financial targets and reporting deadlines.
• Lead both supervisor and team meetings, keeping staff informed, aligned, and engaged.
• Drive employee performance through coaching, timely evaluations, training, and corrective actions.
