Job summary

The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School is looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager and Director of Facilities in daily operations. On-site duties include visitor reception, maintenance ticket coordination, fleet scheduling, and building access control.

The role requires strong communication, judgment, and organization, with responsibility for scheduling, records, and emergency calls.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional job related experience and two years of coordination related experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent professional judgment.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance systems and procedures.
  • Child Abuse Clearance; Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Follow school policy, procedures, and work rules.
  • On-site five days per week and on inclement weather days.
  • Fosters a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Demonstrates professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment and integrity.
  • Responsible to track, schedule, and preventative maintenance for vehicles.
  • Assist with vehicle pickups and returns.
  • Complete purchase requests timely and accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling routine preventative maintenance tasks, service calls, and follow-up on work orders.
  • Assist in maintenance and organization of facilities records and tickets.
  • Assist Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager with project tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory supplies.
  • Ensure common areas, meeting spaces, and facilities equipment are clean, organized and functioning properly.
  • Assist with managing facilities ticketing systems.
  • Assist with management of building access control systems.
  • Assist with key management systems.
  • Assist with employee ID badging system.
  • Work collaboratively with others in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Must be available for emergency facilities calls outside of normal business hours as required.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
  • May be required to work outside normal office hours as required.
  • Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by the Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager and Director of Facilities.

:The Facilities Operations Coordinator assists the Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager and Director of Facilities with managing day to day operations of the organization’s facilities.
