Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our Annapolis Junction, MD location. This direct-hire, full-time role supports building operations, vendor management, and daily office services on-site from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with after-hours on-call as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold US citizenship, possess TS-SCI CI with Poly (or Poly eligibility), and have solid customer service and multi-tasking skills. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• College degree is a plus and allows fast track to management.
• US Citizenship is required.
• TS-SCI CI with Polygraph clearance.
• Customer service related experience preferred; professional appearance and demeanor; attendance policy.
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; excellent verbal and written communication; work well solo or in a team.
• Capable of multitasking; willingness to cross-train; able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facility management including building inspections and vendor coordination.
• Issue and record parking transponders; manage Space & Occupancy list.
• Office and pantry supply management and restocking.
• Monitor HVAC; operate Energy Management System; assist with moves.
• Mail and package distribution; track incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Perform light maintenance: drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, plumbing fixtures.
• Conference room setup/breakdown; general housekeeping of meeting areas.
• General handyman tasks and furniture repair; door lock maintenance.
• Coordinate with property management and contractors; ensure timely work orders.
• Follow work order procedures; communicate status within 24 hours; other duties as assigned.
