OurCalling Inc. in Ferris, TX seeks an Operations and Facilities Coordinator to keep our ministry’s homes, offices, and grounds safe, clean, and functional.

You will manage maintenance, coordinate vendors, and oversee the fleet and equipment to support ongoing programs and resident services. This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of maintenance/ vendor experience, a valid driver’s license, and a heart for our Christ-centered mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years maintenance experience.
• 1 year in commercial building facility operations.
• Legal right to work in the USA.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility maintenance and vendor management.
• Coordinate repairs, cleaning, lawn, and janitorial services.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; restock supplies.
• Perform basic repairs (e.g., plumbing, doors, signage).
• Schedule and manage maintenance calendar.
• Prepare spaces for occupancy and move-in readiness.
• Ensure safety codes and equipment inspections.
• Manage fleet of vehicles and transport residents.
• Provide event logistics support.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs.
