Job summary

TT Exchange Rates, based in Princeton, is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the site’s buildings, utilities, and services. This individual contributor role coordinates daily facility activities, oversees contractors, supports capital projects, and maintains compliance to keep food and beverage operations uninterrupted.

The position requires strong organization, cross-functional collaboration across Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7 years of office management, administrative, or operations experience.
• Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, food & beverage, or fast-paced business environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety principles, practices, and applicable workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with event coordination and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for vendors, service providers, contractors, and building management.
• Coordinate office contracts and access for the Princeton facility.
• Manage schedule for inspections, maintenance, repairs, service visits, and capital projects.
• Confirm contractor scopes, safety expectations, and documentation before work.
