Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and clients to ensure performance and quality requirements.
• Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in area of responsibility.
• Ensure payroll is prepared and transmitted accurately and timely.
• Maintain positive relationships with client representatives.
• Control costs to ensure profitability of the area of responsibility.
• Ensure clients receive accurate invoices in a timely manner and follow up on payments.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of all employees in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure proper training is documented and maintained according to Company standards.
• Document and report injuries, incidents, and accidents appropriately.
• Monitor safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Comply with safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with passengers, coworkers, shift coordinators, and managers.
• Ensure supervision staff are professionally trained and understand their duties.
