Job summary

Amadeus North America, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX (Hybrid) to support NORAM Real Estate, Building & Facilities operations and coordinate with local contacts, finance, procurement, and vendors to ensure effective office operations.

You will collect and validate occupancy and space data, prepare concise operational updates, manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and forecast inputs, and leverage strong Excel skills to deliver insights to management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management or related corporate operations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to organize, validate, analyze, and present data.
• Experience with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, forecasts, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on facilities operations across NORAM, including maintenance, service requests, and vendor interventions.
• Maintain visibility on open actions, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and validate occupancy, space usage, booking, access, and service records from available systems.
• Prepare structured updates consolidating status, issues, risks and follow-up items for management.
• Coordinate facilities-related financial information: POs, invoices, accruals, budget consumption, forecasts.
• Monitor costs vs. budget and prepare clear operational/financial updates for leadership.
• Organize vendor, sourcing, and contract information and support RFPs and procurement follow-up.
• Contribute to cross-regional activities including financial coordination and reporting.

The Real Estate, Building & Facilities team supports our workplaces across North America, helping ensure our offices operate effectively, safely, and consistently. We partner with local office contacts, Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, vendors, and corporate teams to coordinate facilities operations, financial processes, workplace data, and service delivery.

In this role you'll:

• Support the NORAM Real Estate Regional Manager / Building & Facilities Manager in the coordination and follow-up of facilities operations across NORAM, including maintenance activities, service requests, vendor interventions, operational issues, risks.
• Act as a coordination point with local office contacts across NORAM, maintaining visibility on open actions, recurring topics, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, validate, and maintain facilities and workplace data from available systems and sources, including occupancy, space usage, booking information, access data, service records, and site information.
• Prepare structured operational updates consolidating operational status, key issues, pending actions, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items to provide clear visibility for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate facilities-related financial information, including purchase orders, invoices, accruals, budget consumption, payment follow-up, and forecast inputs.
• Monitor actual costs against budget, analyze variances, identify risks, and prepare clear operational and financial updates for management review.
• Organize vendor, sourcing, and contract-related information and support RFPs, vendor comparisons, service reviews, documentation, and Procurement/Sourcing follow-up.
• Contribute to selected Building & Facilities activities in other supported regions when required, including cross-regional financial coordination, reporting, and vendor information management.

About the ideal candidate:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, workplace operations, business operations, or a related multi-site corporate environment.
• You understand facilities operations and can connect operational follow-up with financial, vendor, workplace, and reporting impacts.
• You have practical experience with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, forecasts, operational trackers, reports, or dashboards.
• You bring strong Excel skills and are confident in organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial information.
• You communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, vendors, local office contacts, regional stakeholders, and corporate teams.
• You are proactive, service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a good level of autonomy and follow-through.
• A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with vendor management, sourcing, contract administration, occupancy data, space utilization, workplace operations, or related business systems is preferred.
