Job summary

You will monitor controls, perform routine and ad hoc maintenance, log readings, and coordinate with contractors. This role requires a minimum of three years in maintenance or facilities and a valid Philadelphia Stationary Engineer License; starting wage is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Three years’ maintenance or facilities experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain campus heating, cooling, and water systems.
• Inspect equipment and perform repairs with or without contractors.
• Maintain logs of readings and fuel consumption.
• Respond to emergencies and support other departments.
