Job summary

College Park Church is seeking a Facilities Team Substitute to support daily room setup and general maintenance for multiple ministry groups. You will work under the Facilities Program Manager, performing housekeeping, minor repairs and event support.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a Christian service mindset, with a part-time, as-needed schedule and a $20/hour rate.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License.
• Completion of a GED or reliable high school senior (must be 18+).
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and execute assignments.
• Ability to self-direct daily workflow with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds; detail-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily room setup activities as indicated in resource scheduling tool.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out housekeeping tasks as part of facilities upkeep.
• Provide feedback to Facilities Program Manager on operations.
• Assist with facilities support for major events as needed; perform other duties.
