Zumiez is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional for our in-office Lynnwood, WA Home Office. The role emphasizes safety, daily operations, and vendor management to support building upkeep.

You will work with the Facilities Manager to maintain condition, oversee repairs by vendors, review quotes, and handle invoices. The position requires the ability to coordinate security and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of construction and facilities terminology.
• General understanding of electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Facilities Manager to maintain outstanding office conditions.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs or maintenance by technicians, vendors and contractors at the Home Office.
• Obtain and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects and routine maintenance.
• Process invoices for Home Office work.
• Administer building security, including alarms and key fobs.
