The City of Lynnwood is seeking a Facilities Worker I to join the Public Works team!
The Facilities Worker I performs maintenance and repair work within and around City buildings under general or close supervision depending on the work assignment. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and repair of facilities, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and cleaning City facilities.
Includes, but is not limited to, such essential functions as listed below:
Requires 1 (one) year of related experience in building construction or maintenance; basic knowledge of various hand and power tools; must possess a valid Washington State driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the City insurance company; must be able to pass a background check.
