Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee the maintenance and operations of the HQ and satellite offices. The role emphasizes customer service and hands-on facilities coordination.

You will manage daily facility tasks, coordinate with vendors, and support events, tours, and onboarding processes while collaborating with the People Support team across territories.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Apple iWork Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of facilities and equipment at HQ and assigned satellite territories.
• Installs, maintains, or moves equipment around the office.
• Fix maintenance problems at HQ and satellite territories.
• Researches and communicates with vendors.
• Manages security POC for HQ ID badges and access.
