Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Facilities Move Coordinator to drive occupancy management, space planning, and move execution across multiple Southwest locations. You will partner with Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, and external providers to optimize space utilization with minimal disruption.

The role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, IT competency, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Facilities or Operations or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in workplace planning or move coordination.
• 2 years’ experience IT requirements coordination (software provisioning/licensing).
• 2 years’ experience maintaining operational databases/reporting systems.
• 2 years’ experience using AutoCAD to maintain drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace planning initiatives across Southwest facilities.
• Partner with business leaders to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate MAC activities including relocations and office reconfigurations.
• Maintain SharePoint and project documentation; manage schedules and communications.
• Manage move work orders in the CMMS and support audits.
